We all have habitual or routine ways that we think, feel, or do everything in our lives. In fact, our life experience is defined by these habits. So, whether you like it or not, it is these things you do regularly that contribute to who you are as a person. They also determine the goals you achieve, how you feel, and the quality of your relationships. For these reasons, the practice of healthy habits can significantly improve your well-being.

In this on-demand webinar, we discuss the important role habits play in our lives and strategies to build healthy habits. You will engage in some activities to help you (and the people you serve) to identify a healthy habit and the steps to make the new habit a reality.

The Work & Well-Being series provide an opportunity to learn evidence-based information about essential wellness topics as well as engage in activities that support your health and well-being and that of the people you serve. You will explore these topics, learn skills and strategies, set goals, and practice wellness activities that help to maintain sustainable change.
