Description

While we all know that physical activity is important and benefits our health, there are times when life just gets in the way. And many of us hold unhelpful beliefs and assumptions about what we should do that prevents us from doing what we want to do to be active.

In this on-demand webinar, we will examine the evidence-base about how physical activity affects our body, mind, and spirit. We will explore ways to reconnect with the play, resilience, and well-being that it can bring to our everyday experience. You’ll engage in some activities to help you (and those you serve) to identify physical activities you enjoy, benefits of being active, and a goal that inspires you to move.

The Work & Well-Being series provide an opportunity to learn evidence-based information about essential wellness topics as well as engage in activities that support your health and well-being and that of the people you serve. You will explore these topics, learn skills and strategies, set goals, and practice wellness activities that help to maintain sustainable change.
